Wedding Meals
You can put together a special wedding menu according to your every wish with any number of courses. A favourite appetiser is a plate comprised of tastes of different types of appetisers, such as carpaccio beef with parmesan and capers and homemade wild game pate with forest cranberries. There are two main wedding meals that are the most favourite and most requested at Stará Myslivna: the first is tender roasted deer with homemade cream sauce, forest cranberries, whipped cream, lemon and bread and chateau dumplings and the second is young venison from Ferdinand’s hunting grounds with briar sauce, chateau and bread dumplings garnished with fresh rosemary. Wedding cakes are made by a top-class pastry chef right at Stará Myslivna. They can be made according to the customer’s wishes, not only from a wide variety of materials such as marzipan, chocolate, fruit, but also in any shape, form and colour. Thus they are always that final touch to the wedding banquet. For the subsequent seating around the wedding table the Stará Myslivna restaurant offers a plentiful assortment of cold plates – meat and sausage selections, cheeses, pickled and smoked fish, mixed beefsteak tartar, assorted wild game meats and pates, pig-feast specialities, vegetable salads and of course a wide selection of mini desserts and homemade baked pies.
